NARM – Neuro-Affective Relational Model – therapy is a gentle way of moving towards your goals and to explore what gets in the way of reaching them. During the sessions we will follow your lead; you are in the drivers’ seat.
NARM therapy is an open exploration whereby we keep track of your body sensations, emotions and thought patterns as you explore what you want for yourself. Although you will have a goal, the exploration is open and non-goal oriented. Instead we pay attention to your experience during the process, physically, emotionally and mentally.
During the session the old habits and early patterns will become more clear and it is a chance to digest them and this will allow you to make different choices.
As your sense of autonomy and agency increases you will feel stronger and more in control of your life and you will feel more resilient emotionally.
Your life is precious and you deserve to inhabit and express it fully.
