Yoga facilitates movement and coordination throughout the body through performing various postures or asanas. It helps to realign the body and increase our ease and awareness of movement. Focus on breath helps raise our body awareness and assists with movement and relaxation.
Before we start I we will discuss what you would like to get out of it to find out the focus of the sessions, whether the emphasis is on strengthening the body, or a more breath centred practice, or for relaxation.
